For 366 days straight (every day of the 2016 leap year) I challenged myself to explore a new self-care activity. Why? Because I know that my health is my greatest asset – it’s what enables me to be in service to others and make a meaningful contribution to the world. This challenge gave me an opportunity to experiment and determine what truly nourishes and strengthens me, and each of the activities I chose fell within one or more of the 8 Dimensions of self-care: Systemic, Emotive, Luminescent, Financial, Cognitive, Aptitudinal, Relational, and Environmental.
