What's it like to simplify?
Nothing says "simplify" more than loading the entirety of your worldly possessions into the back of a Sprinter van.
And that's exactly what I did in 2018 after my unraveling.
During that time in my life, I learned some valuable lessons about self-care, resiliency, and how to leverage the resources I had to design the life I now love and cherish.
Today my life is easier and healthier - and more beautiful than I ever imagined. Yes, I still experience heavy moments from time to time, but self-care has given me the tools to move through them more easily. Simplifying my life has given me a new, more effective way of living and being.
