In 2016, I challenged myself to do a yearlong self-care challenge. Every day for 366 days straight (2016 was a leap year) I experimented with a new self-care strategy. Throughout the year I used the 8 Dimensions of Self-Care framework to guide my self-care selections. This articles offers over 300 self-care activities to consider adding into your rotation.
