Self-Care Challenge (Day 112): Feeling Inspired by Words

blue sky with sun rays

On day 112 of my 366-day self-care challenge, I felt inspired by words.

Every now and then, something jumps out and inspires me. As I was flipping through the pages of my Self Journal yesterday, I ran across these words:

“Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.” – Benjamin Franklin

It’s true, right?

Each and every one of us has the ability to create something. To paint something. To draw something. To sing something. To carve something. To write something. To do something.

The possibilities are endless. With self-care, we can intentionally choose which words we allow into our lives, filtering out what doesn’t serve us.

What inspires you?
